You will set a reasonable time interval for visiting bots and search engine spiders to revisit your website to check for new content on your site. It is recommended that you set this revisit to a time frame that is set as closely to you undating cycle as possible. The search engines spiders that visit your site may see this negatively if you are not updating your website accordingly.
